These terms apply to fullportfinancial.com and to the services of Full Port Financial, operated by OLP.com Inc. By using the site or our services, you agree to them. We are completing a legal review of these terms and may update them; the date above shows the latest version.

1. What we do

Full Port Financial is not a lender. We connect businesses with third-party funding partners that offer commercial financing products. We do not make credit decisions, and we do not guarantee that you will receive an offer, any particular amount or any particular terms. Every funding decision is made by the funding partner under its own criteria, and any agreement you sign is between you and that funding partner.

Our services are for businesses seeking financing for business purposes. They are not for personal, family or household purposes.

2. No fee to applicants

We do not charge applicants a fee to apply or to talk with an advisor. When a funding partner funds a business we introduced, the partner may pay us a commission or referral fee. See our Disclosures.

3. Applicants in certain states

We accept applications from businesses in every state. In the following states we are pursuing the licensing or registration that applies to our services: California, Connecticut, Illinois, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia.

Until we hold the appropriate license or registration in one of those states:

• We will tell you that we may refer your request to a licensed broker.
• We will not pass your information to that broker unless you give your full, separate permission, and that permission will name the broker.
• We will keep a record of your permission and of the referral.
• We will not charge or receive any fee in connection with applications from that state.

4. Your information and permissions

You agree that the information you give us is true, complete and yours to share, and that you are authorized to request financing for the business. We share your application with funding partners only with your permission, as described in our Privacy Policy. Permission to contact you about your application and permission to receive marketing are separate choices. Marketing consent is never a condition of applying.

5. Information on this site

Content on this site is general information about business financing, not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Examples and calculations are illustrative and are not offers. Terms, costs and availability are set by funding partners and can change.

6. Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, apply on behalf of a business without authority, interfere with the site, attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access, or use automated tools to scrape the site or submit applications.

7. Third-party sites and offers

Funding partners and other third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their products, decisions or conduct.

8. Intellectual property

The site, including its design, text, graphics and the Full Port Financial name and marks, belongs to OLP.com Inc. or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services, or from any funding partner's decision or product.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
