This policy explains how Full Port Financial, operated by OLP.com Inc. ("Full Port Financial," "we," "us"), handles information when you visit fullportfinancial.com, call us, or apply for business funding through us. We are completing a legal review of this policy and may update it; the date above shows the latest version.

The short version

We collect what we need to understand your funding request and connect you with funding partners.
We share your application with a funding partner only with your permission, and we tell you who it is.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not pull your credit. Funding partners may, as part of their own review and with your authorization.

Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact details, such as your name, email address and phone numbers.
Business details, such as your business name, entity type, industry, state, start date, revenue, existing financing and what the funding is for.
Owner details, such as ownership percentage and a self-reported credit range.
Documents you choose to provide, such as bank statements, identification or equipment quotes.
What you tell us on calls, in messages and in forms, and the choices you make about consent.

We do not ask for your full Social Security number. If a funding partner needs it, the partner collects it directly through its own secure process.

Information collected automatically

Device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, the page that referred you and advertising click identifiers.
Cookies and similar technologies used to run the site, measure its performance and understand which advertising brings visitors to us. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Call information, such as the number you call from and the time and length of the call.

If a call is recorded, you will be told at the start of the call.

How we use information

To respond to you and to review, match and follow up on your funding request.
To share your application with funding partners you have authorized, and to track what happens with it.
To contact you about your request, in the ways you have agreed to.
To send marketing, only where you have opted in, and to honor your opt-outs.
To operate, secure and improve our site and services, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
To keep records of consents and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

How we share information

Funding partners. With your permission, we share your application and documents with the funding partners named when you give that permission, so they can review your request and contact you about it. Each partner handles your information under its own privacy policy.
Licensed brokers in certain states. In states where we are still completing licensing or registration, we may refer your request to a licensed broker. We do so only with your separate permission naming that broker. See Licensing.
Service providers. Companies that host our site and data, send email, handle calls, provide analytics and advertising measurement, and help us operate, under contracts that limit how they may use the information.
Legal and safety. When required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to prevent fraud.
Business transfers. As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing without your consent.

Your choices

You can opt out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
You can opt out of marketing calls or texts at any time by telling us, or by replying STOP to a text.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete information about you, subject to our legal record-keeping duties.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to maintain consent records and meet legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify it.

How we protect information

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and multi-factor authentication for our staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
