We are not a lender
Full Port Financial, operated by OLP.com Inc., is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. We connect businesses with third-party funding partners. All financing is subject to the funding partner's review and approval. Your agreement will identify your funding partner and its terms. Not all applicants will qualify.
How we are paid
We do not charge applicants a fee. When a funding partner funds a business we introduced, the partner may pay us a commission or referral fee, and the amount can differ between partners and products. You may ask your advisor how we are compensated on any offer you are considering. In states where we do not yet hold the applicable license or registration, we receive no fee. See Licensing.
Checking your options and your credit
Full Port Financial does not pull credit reports. A funding partner may obtain business and personal credit reports as part of its review, as it discloses to you and with your authorization.
Not every product is a loan
Some funding partners offer revenue-based financing, also called a merchant cash advance. That is the purchase of a portion of your business's future receivables, not a loan. It is typically priced with a factor rate rather than an interest rate, and its total cost can be higher than a loan's. Always review the total amount you will repay, the payment amount and frequency, and every fee before you sign.
State commercial financing disclosures
Several states require providers of commercial financing to give specific cost disclosures before you accept an offer. Review any disclosure you receive carefully, and ask your advisor if anything is unclear.
Examples and calculators
Any example, figure or calculation on this site is illustrative only. It is not an offer, a quote or a commitment to lend, and your actual terms will depend on the funding partner and your business.
Communications
We contact you about your application only in the ways you have agreed to. Marketing calls, texts and emails require your separate consent, which is never a condition of applying, and you can opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply to texts.
Equal opportunity
We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, receipt of public assistance or any other characteristic protected by law.
